This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Shape and develop the AI narrative for Arc XP, aiding customers and the market in grasping the value, trust, and outcomes of AI-enhanced capabilities within the platform.
• Take ownership of the product marketing strategy for critical areas of Arc XP’s platform and AI-driven features, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for new products and significant enhancements, encompassing positioning, launch planning, cross-functional collaboration, and measurement.
• Define and refine positioning, messaging, and narratives across buyer personas, industries, and regions, guaranteeing consistency across all customer interactions.
• Establish messaging and enablement for complex buying groups, which include technical, business, and executive stakeholders involved in long-cycle enterprise sales processes.
• Act as the voice of the market and customer, synthesizing insights from customers, sales, partners, and analysts to guide product strategy and investment decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leadership to convert customer needs into engaging product stories that foster adoption and growth.
• Serve as the primary product marketing liaison for Partner and Customer Marketing teams, ensuring uniform positioning and value messaging.
• Oversee the sales enablement strategy and its effectiveness, ensuring that sales teams and partners are well-equipped to effectively sell and differentiate Arc XP’s offerings.
• Work alongside Demand Gen, Brand, Content, and Growth teams to weave product messaging into campaigns that stimulate pipeline growth and expansion.
• Define and monitor success metrics for product launches and go-to-market initiatives, including pipeline influence, adoption rates, sales effectiveness, and contributions to retention and analyst engagement.
• Drive pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies in close collaboration with Finance and Product Management.
• Mentor and nurture the development of other product marketers, contributing to team growth and best practices.
• Promote operational excellence by establishing scalable processes and best practices.
• 8+ years of product marketing experience, including leadership roles in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience with AI-driven or platform-based B2B SaaS products.
• Preferred domain and industry knowledge in the media sector and media technology.
• 2–3 years of experience mentoring or managing product marketers and contributing to high-performing teams in fast-paced growth environments.
• Proven track record of mentoring product marketers and enhancing high-performing teams in dynamic growth settings.
• Strong capability to translate complex technical features into business-focused messaging for varied audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in building go-to-market strategies, launching new products, and achieving measurable awareness, adoption, or pipeline growth.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Partners, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to align market strategies with execution.
• Exceptional communication skills - ability to collaborate across teams and articulate marketing goals/results at team, executive, and company levels, both internally and externally.
• Ability to adapt to evolving deadlines, emerging needs, policy adjustments, and the various nuances that can arise in product development.
• Capable of operating at a strategic level to define new market opportunities and assess product-market fit while also working tactically to drive projects to successful completion.
• Clear thinker and communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven problem solver, with the ability to identify core issues and use sound judgment in recommending practical solutions.
• Organized and process-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a technical field.
• A graduate or MBA degree is preferred but not mandatory.
