This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for significant product and partner launches, as well as platform capabilities, by establishing launch frameworks, deliverables, and cross-functional execution plans.
• Create and refine product positioning and messaging frameworks that set Alkami’s platform apart in the competitive fintech landscape by integrating customer insights, product and partner capabilities, and market trends.
• Foster strategic collaboration with Product Management to shape roadmap priorities by bringing structured customer, competitive, and market intelligence into product planning discussions.
• Perform in-depth competitive and market analyses to pinpoint emerging threats, opportunities, and whitespace that inform positioning and commercialization strategies.
• Define and implement messaging architecture that harmonizes product, platform, and partner narratives across marketing, sales, and customer lifecycle communications.
• Spearhead the development of strategic sales enablement programs by crafting narratives, demo frameworks, and competitive guidance that enhance sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, and Content Marketing to create campaigns that link product value to measurable pipeline and adoption outcomes.
• Guide internal teams on product storytelling and differentiation by establishing messaging standards and frameworks utilized across marketing and revenue teams.
• Support and shape ecosystem and partner go-to-market initiatives by aligning positioning, messaging, and materials for integrated or reseller-led solutions.
• Analyze product performance, win/loss insights, and market feedback to refine messaging and guide future go-to-market strategies.
• Influence cross-functional alignment among Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure coherent product narratives throughout the customer journey.
• Lead internal launch readiness efforts by coordinating communication plans, training programs, and enablement resources across business functions.
• Drive ongoing enhancement of product marketing processes and frameworks to boost launch effectiveness and organizational scalability.
• Counsel leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on product positioning decisions by delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
• Manage intricate product marketing initiatives with multiple stakeholders by setting priorities, milestones, and accountability across teams.
• Incorporate AI into product marketing workflows to enhance decision-making, accelerate time to market, and ensure consistency across teams.
• 6–10 years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, product management, or related SaaS go-to-market roles, demonstrating increasing ownership of product positioning and launch strategy for complex technology platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Advanced expertise in product positioning and messaging strategy for SaaS platforms.
• Proficient in end-to-end go-to-market planning and cross-functional launch leadership.
• Extensive experience in market research, customer insight generation, and competitive intelligence.
• Ability to convert complex technical capabilities into strategic market narratives.
• Strong leadership skills in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams.
• Data-driven decision-making skills utilizing product adoption, pipeline, and market signals.
• Expertise in sales enablement strategy, including competitive positioning and value storytelling.
• Proven project leadership capabilities managing complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
