📋 Description

• Take charge of the Go-to-Market Strategy for AI Agents and Apps.

• Establish and oversee the GTM strategy for AI Agents and Vibe Apps throughout the customer lifecycle of building, growing, and managing their online business.

• Formulate a deliberate and insightful perspective on what must be developed and launched to support our customers' online success.

• Identify significant use cases that foster adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.

• Create positioning and messaging that effectively conveys the value of these AI solutions to SMBs, Developers, and Mid-market clients.

• Spearhead Product Launches and Adoption.

• Manage cross-functional launches for the Agentic offering—from beta to General Availability—ensuring a robust market entry and sustained adoption.

• Collaborate with Growth, Lifecycle, and Channel teams to enhance acquisition, activation, and expansion across all market channels, including online carts and sales.

• Develop strategies to boost usage and customer retention through experiences centered around the customer.

• Translate AI and Agentic Capabilities into Customer Value.

• Simplify intricate AI/ML concepts (such as generative AI, automation, and tasks) into engaging, easily digestible benefits.

• Construct narratives that link agentic functionality to tangible business outcomes for SMBs (e.g., time savings, revenue increase, user-friendliness).

• Create compelling narratives tailored for non-technical SMB audiences as well as developer audiences.

• Content, Enablement, and Evangelism.

• Produce high-impact content including product narratives, demos, use cases, and sales enablement tools.

• Collaborate with Content, PR, and Digital teams to market AI innovation stories.

• Equip Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams with resources and training to effectively position agentic capabilities.

• Shape Product and AI Strategy.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data/AI teams to influence roadmap priorities based on market insights.

• Validate value propositions through customer feedback, usage metrics, and testing.

• Define how AI enhances the complete customer journey within Bluehost.

• Measure, Learn, and Optimize.

• Establish and monitor success metrics related to adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue impact.

• Utilize data and experimentation to continually refine GTM strategies and messaging.

• Keep an eye on the competitive landscape across our growing peer group and emerging players in the broader field.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in Product Marketing within SaaS, particularly in AI, data platforms, or technical products.

• Experience in launching AI/ML-powered products or features (such as Generative AI, automation, or data-driven applications).

• Strong aptitude for translating complex technical ideas into clear, customer-focused messaging.

• Demonstrated success in owning GTM strategy and achieving measurable adoption and growth.

• Experience working collaboratively across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and GTM teams.

• Deep understanding of customer requirements, user behavior, and market dynamics.

• Excellent skills in storytelling, communication, and content creation.

• Data-driven mindset with experience in defining KPIs and assessing success.

• Preferred experience: Familiarity with Agentic offerings (Agents, Apps, LLMs), web hosting, SMB business platforms, or digital presence platforms.

• Knowledge of SMB or mid-market customer segments.

• Background in working with SMBs, developers, and/or agencies.

• MBA or advanced technical/business degree.
