Senior Product Manager, WMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the delivery of specific WMS capabilities and enhancements, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.

• Collaborate with the Head of Product Logistics to oversee the product roadmap, encompassing the overall strategy and vision.

• Prioritize features within your area that enhance operational capacity, boost throughput, and minimize errors.

• Assist in designing workflows that are optimized for warehouse associates—focusing on a mobile-first, intuitive, and fast-paced approach.

• Spend time on the warehouse floor to gain insights into associate workflows, identify pain points, and discover efficiency opportunities.

• Convert operational insights into comprehensive product requirements that engineering teams can support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations-focused products.

• Profound understanding of warehouse workflows, along with prior experience in WMS (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or proprietary solutions).

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on intricate, data-driven systems.

• Comfortable conducting operator interviews, shadowing warehouse shifts, and translating observations into actionable requirements.

• Experience in utilizing operational metrics to guide product decisions and assess success.
