This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Recruit, mentor, and cultivate Product Managers across various product domains.
• Develop an independent, high-achieving team that embodies a culture of ownership, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
• Convert company strategy into quantifiable product results.
• Guide prioritization efforts based on business significance and customer value.
• Ensure that roadmap investments yield measurable outcomes.
• Manage portfolio planning and ensure roadmap alignment across diverse teams.
• Enhance delivery predictability, execution quality, and collaboration across functions.
• Balance customer satisfaction, technical investments, and long-term product viability.
• Create operational mechanisms, planning frameworks, and best practices in Product Management that support organizational scalability.
• Continuously refine decision-making, prioritization, and execution quality.
• Elevate the hiring standards, nurture future Product leaders, and assist in shaping the advancement of the Product organization.
• Promote robust collaboration among Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM teams.
• Utilize AI to expedite research, planning, decision-making, and communication.
• Support the team in adopting AI-enabled workflows that enhance productivity and execution quality.
• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech firms.
• At least 5 years of experience leading Product Managers or overseeing multiple product teams.
• Demonstrated experience in owning business outcomes across various products or domains.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational development capabilities.
• Proven track record in building and scaling high-performing Product organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on data.
• Experience in managing intricate product portfolios and inter-team dependencies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable operating in dynamic, high-growth settings.
• Experience using AI to enhance product management workflows is highly desirable.
• Proficient in English (C1+).
