This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the roadmap for one or more CORE product lines, balancing customer commitments, strategic opportunities, and technical capabilities.
• Define and prioritize epics and features with clear, well-defined requirements based on user research and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently — from the discovery phase to final delivery.
• Develop deep expertise in clinical education, accreditation frameworks (ACEN, CCNE, CAEP, CACREP, CSWE), and the operational workflows of program coordinators, clinical faculty, and students.
• Act as a crucial voice in go-to-market readiness by collaborating with Customer Success and marketing on positioning, release communications, and client onboarding.
• Work together with the VP of Product on annual and quarterly planning, contributing to the strategy of the roadmap and resource prioritization.
• Over 5 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years managing a complex B2B SaaS product.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clarity — capable of transforming a complex problem space into clear requirements.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration; adept at influencing without authority and building trust with engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams.
• Experience in higher education, healthcare, compliance-driven software, or other regulated sectors is a significant advantage.
• Comfortable working in a distributed, asynchronous environment with a globally diverse team.
• Possess curiosity, diligence, and a focus on outcomes rather than mere outputs.
• Familiarity with clinical placement, competency-based education, or accreditation reporting workflows is desirable.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, or similar product operations tools is a plus.
• Previous experience at a growth-stage edtech or vertical SaaS company is advantageous.
