Senior Product Manager, Acquisition

Posted 55 min ago

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the acquisition product roadmap.

• Establish and implement PandaDoc's product strategy for the top-of-funnel, ranging from freemium entry points to AI-driven discovery surfaces.

• Manage the roadmap for product surfaces related to acquisition, including MCPs and skills, sharing mechanics, and new entry points.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deploy product updates that enhance acquisition metrics.

• Create acquisition loops rather than merely developing features.

• Design growth systems that enhance compounding effects: product loops, integrations, template distribution, sharing mechanics, and workflow ecosystems.

• Discover methods for PandaDoc to naturally propagate through collaboration, workflows, and document sharing.

• Transform user behavior and product features into scalable engines for acquisition.

• Investigate and validate new distribution surfaces.

• Formulate product strategies for new acquisition channels, including generative search (GEO), AI discovery surfaces, MCP servers, agent marketplaces, and ecosystem integrations.

• Identify novel methods for PandaDoc to be surfaced, recommended, and activated within AI workflows and automation ecosystems.

• Execute scoped product experiments to validate new distribution mechanisms before committing to full builds.

• Foster a high-velocity experimentation culture.

• Maintain a rigorous experimentation roadmap focusing on acquisition loops and onboarding entry points.

• Define hypotheses, instrument experiments, analyze results, and convert insights into product decisions.

• Balance rapid experimentation with long-term product investments.

• Leverage data to inform decision-making.

• Own the acquisition funnel metrics: traffic, signups, activation, and channel-level conversion.

• Collaborate with analytics to establish clear measurement frameworks for new acquisition initiatives.

• Recognize leading indicators that forecast sustainable growth.

• Work collaboratively across the organization.

• Liaise closely with engineering, design, marketing, and GTM teams to implement acquisition initiatives.

• Align leadership on evolving acquisition strategies and emerging opportunities.

• Represent the acquisition roadmap during planning processes and communicate with executive stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in product management, particularly in growth, acquisition, or PLG-focused roles within SaaS companies.

• Demonstrated success in owning a product roadmap and delivering features that significantly influenced top-of-funnel metrics.

• Experience with product-led growth models: freemium funnels, self-serve onboarding, and viral sharing loops.

• Proven ability to work with, manage, and influence multiple teams.

• Strong aptitude for identifying product investments that will yield compounding effects—beyond just campaigns or one-off experiments.

• Comfortable converting ambiguous growth challenges into clear product strategies with defined success criteria.

• Proficient at appropriately scoping experiments and recognizing when a signal is strong enough to warrant further action.

• Data-informed decision-making; capable of owning funnel metrics and delving into data to develop and assess hypotheses.

• Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Hex, or Snowflake).

• Skilled in designing experiments with accurate instrumentation and rigorously interpreting results.

• Strong belief that user acquisition is undergoing significant changes in the AI era.

• Understands how generative AI, agentic workflows, and new distribution surfaces are transforming product discovery.

• Uses AI tools directly to enhance research, prototyping, and experimentation.

• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and navigating technical trade-offs.

• Able to explore APIs, integrations, and automation platforms to identify distribution opportunities.

• Not necessarily an engineer, but technically curious and proficient.

🏝️ Benefits

• Full-time employment with local benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and both statutory and company-provided leave.

• Digital Nomad contract for all other European countries.
