Staff Product Manager, ML Foundations – GenAI

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy for new ML/AI applications throughout the Stripe product ecosystem.

• Assess and determine investment areas for ML/AI applications in partnership with product leaders across the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the roadmap and successfully launch new ML/AI applications.

• Effectively communicate with leadership stakeholders and foster alignment among various teams.

• Develop and implement a strategy to enhance Stripe’s ML/AI infrastructure and tools.

• Over 7 years of experience in delivering highly successful and innovative software products powered by ML.

• Strong understanding of ML and applied AI technology stacks.

• Proven capability to influence company-wide strategy and collaborate with business leaders for effective transformation.

• Established ability to lead teams and work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

• Proficient in analyzing and utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making.

• A profound understanding and empathy for both consumer and business users — a passion for creating products that evoke joy, delight, and trust in our customers.
