Senior Product Manager

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS or technology sectors.

• Proven track record of owning product outcomes and demonstrating business impact, beyond merely delivering features.

• Strong product judgment with the capability to make decisions amidst incomplete information and high ambiguity.

• A builder mindset with a history of developing prototypes, experiments, workflows, demos, tools, and other practical methods to test ideas and enhance learning.

• In-depth curiosity about customers and a history of cultivating strong customer intuition through direct engagement.

• Strong aesthetic sense and a well-defined perspective on what constitutes a valuable and delightful product experience.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage modern AI tools for prototyping ideas, testing hypotheses, automating workflows, and speeding up product discovery and delivery.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled products, agentic experiences, intelligent workflows, automation, and emerging AI interaction patterns.

• Capacity to engage meaningfully in the discovery, prototyping, evaluation, and delivery of AI-powered capabilities.

• Strong collaboration skills with Engineering and Design teams, including sufficient technical fluency to discuss trade-offs, constraints, and opportunities.

• High data literacy, including experience with analytics, experiments, and product metrics to inform decision-making.

• Excellent communication and influencing abilities across technical, business, and customer-facing teams.

• A proactive approach with a focus on action, ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
