This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Be the first Product Manager in a new AI venture, with the opportunity to establish approaches and standards from the ground up.

• Lead the product team: set strategic direction and provide the necessary context and support to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Drive business growth and product strategy: develop and make decisions that contribute to the product's business success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure quality delivery and optimization of the product.
• Conduct market analysis: perform market research and analysis to identify market trends, user needs, and the competitive landscape, using these insights for product strategy and decision-making.
• Focus on user experience: advocate for a user-centric approach and ensure exceptional user experience within the product.
• Monitor performance: define key performance indicators, KPIs, and success metrics for the product, regularly tracking and reporting on performance.
• Over 4 years of experience in product management within a B2C product-heavy environment.
• Experience in launching or scaling digital products, specific business units, or large product lines.
• Strong business mindset: deep understanding of unit economics, P&L logic, retention, monetization, and key product metrics.
• Analytical skills: ability to build metric trees, set up product analytics, work with data, and make decisions based on facts rather than intuition.
• Proficiency in creating clear roadmaps, product specs / one-pagers, and effectively conveying context to the team.
• Understanding of marketing / product marketing / monetization is a plus.
• Passion for innovation and a desire to stay updated on industry trends and new technologies, especially in AI.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
