Senior Product Manager – Vault & Secrets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create tools to assist on-premises customers in upgrading to the Delinea Platform.

• Take ownership of critical roadmap components for Secret Server and other privileged access management functionalities.

• Engage with customers and partners to grasp challenges related to privileged access and credential management.

• Convert customer and partner requirements into product specifications and use cases.

• Work alongside engineering and UX teams to provide secure, user-friendly PAM workflows that encompass credential vaulting, session management, access approvals, auditing, and reporting.

• Manage and prioritize the backlog for PAM features, security improvements, and strategic investments.

• Contribute to the product strategy and ensure alignment of roadmaps across related product domains.

• Act as a product advocate, assisting sales, marketing, and customer success teams with messaging, demonstrations, and roadmap updates.

• Collaborate with product marketing on value propositions, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new product releases.

• Report directly to the Senior Director of Product Management.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience applying Agile methodologies in a Product Management/Product Owner capacity.

• Proven experience working with customers of varying sizes.

• Familiarity with both on-premises and cloud IT infrastructures.

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles.

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts.

• Experience in developing SaaS software.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• A curious mindset and a desire to work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and fellow Product Managers.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner certifications are advantageous.

• Experience as a start-up founder is a plus.

• Experience in delivering SaaS solutions is beneficial.
