Senior Product Manager, Utility Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the procurement module roadmap, which includes demand planning and forecasting, source-to-pay, contract and supplier management, and sourcing for capital projects.

• Establish minimum viable products (MVPs) that address high-value use cases, rapidly validate assumptions, and refine based on user feedback.

• Facilitate structured discovery sessions with utility buyers, category managers, supply chain professionals, and finance teams.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver production-ready features within tight timelines.

• Ensure that insights are transformed into scalable features throughout the suite.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the utilities and procurement/supply chain software sectors.

• 3+ years of experience implementing source-to-pay or procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Jaggaer, Ivalua, or GEP.

• Strong preference for familiarity with procurement, source-to-pay (P2P/S2P), contract lifecycle management, supplier management, and S&OP/IBP; exposure to EAM/ERP is a plus.

• At least 1 year of experience working with AI-enabled procurement, document intelligence, or similar technologies.

• Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams and design professionals.

• 2+ years of experience with Jira, Figma, and other product management tools.

• Capable of bridging the gap between subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical teams.
