This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Oversee the U.S. downstream marketing strategy for the nerve monitoring portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, market insights, and business objectives to foster growth.
• Create annual business plans, commercial initiatives, messaging, positioning, value propositions, claims, and pricing strategies.
• Leverage market research, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and performance metrics to uncover opportunities and guide commercial decisions.
• Support portfolio lifecycle strategy, encompassing product line modifications, new product development, acquisition opportunities, and decisions on discontinuation.
• Direct the strategy and execution of service and repair programs to enhance customer experience, portfolio performance, and commercial results.
• Generate forecasts, budgets, and business analyses to assist in planning and execution.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders to guide strategy, educational priorities, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the U.S. field sales team to provide insights, tools, training resources, marketing materials, and promotional programs.
• Work in conjunction with Medical Education and Sales Training to support existing procedural areas and identify opportunities for adjacent growth.
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the Medtronic Quality System, along with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies, and governmental guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, product management, or consulting, or a Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in medical devices, surgical fields, ENT, neuro, or nerve monitoring.
• Proven track record in developing downstream marketing strategies, commercial plans, and sales enablement programs.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert market insights, customer feedback, and business performance into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent executive communication skills, including effective storytelling, presentation design, and data-informed recommendations.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities within a dynamic, growth-focused business environment.
• Field- and customer-centric mindset with the capability to collaborate effectively with sales, clinicians, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in establishing relationships with KOLs, physicians, or clinical stakeholders.
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a degree that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
