This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Define and implement the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the internal Travel Commerce Admin product.
• Facilitate scalable configuration, governance, and control of commerce capabilities across various clients, markets, and channels.
• Gain insights into configuration workflows, challenges, and scalability limitations.
• Minimize manual effort, reduce errors, and lessen reliance on engineering teams through the use of admin tools.
• Oversee PNR formats on a global scale.
• Recognize opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
• Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Admin & Configuration Platform.
• Manage third-party tools utilized within the Travel Commerce Platform.
• Collaborate with Travel Commerce Product Managers to meet go-to-market requirements.
• Represent internal users across various implementations, support, product teams, and other product domains.
• Partner with engineering, UX, and architecture teams to provide high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Operations teams to optimize onboarding and configuration processes at scale.
• Guide, mentor, and provide product leadership.
• Actively participate in the Leadership Team for Agent Technology.
• Proven experience in product management, particularly with platform or internal products.
• Experience in complex, multi-market, and multi-client environments.
• Ability to navigate between strategic planning and detailed execution.
• Data-informed and systems-oriented mindset.
• Strong skills in product discovery and problem framing, focused on internal user needs.
• Capability to convert complex business and platform requirements into clear user stories and specifications.
• Comfortable engaging with APIs, data models, and configuration concepts; coding skills are not required.
• Analytical and metrics-driven, with the ability to establish KPIs and leverage data for prioritization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proficient in providing clear written updates and structured decision-making processes.
• A detail-oriented execution mindset with a focus on quality and operational impact.
