Senior Product Manager, Technical Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product vision, roadmap, and execution for dry docking, inspections, and vessel technical project workflows.

• Convert customer, operational, and business requirements into distinct product outcomes and delivery priorities.

• Enhance the way technical project data is captured, structured, reused, and presented throughout the Marcura ecosystem.

• Spot automation opportunities across intake, planning, approvals, documentation, reporting, and outputs.

• Broaden integrations with partner systems to minimize manual tasks and enhance data quality.

• Establish success metrics, monitor adoption, and utilize insights for ongoing product enhancement.

• Collaborate with engineering to simplify intricate maritime workflows into scalable product experiences.

• Work alongside commercial and customer-facing teams to facilitate discovery, rollout, onboarding, and user adoption.

• Balance immediate delivery needs with the long-term value of the platform and ecosystem.

• Advocate for the adoption of AI agents and contemporary automation strategies to streamline workflows for both users and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of maritime operations, vessel technical projects, dry docking, inspections, or similar workflows.

• Demonstrated experience managing a complex B2B or enterprise product from strategy through to execution.

• Strong product discovery capabilities, including conducting customer interviews, workflow mapping, problem framing, and opportunity sizing.

• Ability to transform vague operational challenges into structured product requirements and clear delivery plans.

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, data models, workflow automation, or platform functionalities.

• Solid understanding of ecosystem dynamics, partner integrations, and the role of data in enhancing user experience and business outcomes.

• Capability to define metrics, evaluate adoption, and make product decisions based on data-driven evidence.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills across engineering, operations, commercial, customer success, and leadership teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex maritime and technical subjects.

• High ownership mentality, proactive attitude, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Advanced proficiency with Figma, Miro, modern productivity tools, and AI-enabled workflows.

• Hands-on experience with AI agents, automation tools, or low-code/no-code methodologies to boost individual and team productivity.
