This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic collaborator with Medicaid Market teams, facilitating growth through customized benefit insights and services.
• Improve member and market experiences by providing impactful, consumer-focused products.
• Oversee the product lifecycle for designated markets—from strategic planning to go-to-market execution.
• Offer continuous client support by creating and implementing scalable, operationally efficient solutions.
• Educate and empower team members to guarantee effective benefit delivery.
• Convert contracts and regulatory requirements into practicable product and operational strategies.
• Organize market research, including analyzing industry trends and evaluating competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
• Ensure the efficient and compliant implementation of benefits across both internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate benefit performance and produce data-driven insights to guide product strategy.
• Work collaboratively with clinical, financial, actuarial, and operational teams to design, manage, and deliver benefits and services.
• Lead the benefit filing processes with regulatory bodies, ensuring prompt and compliant submissions.
• Offer subject matter expertise to address complex benefit-related issues and inquiries.
• Assist in the development of precise internal and external communications regarding benefits.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Over 3 years of experience in Medicaid and Dual Eligible product management.
• Proficiency in interpreting regulatory and contractual guidelines.
• Experience in maintaining regulatory and operational compliance in cross-functional settings.
• Familiarity with health plan coverage and benefit design.
• Experience in conducting competitive analysis and synthesizing market insights.
• Experience with agile delivery and project management methodologies.
• Ability to drive process optimization, enhance efficiency, and deliver measurable results.
• Must be able to accommodate EST/CST working hours.
