This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish and lead the long-term product strategy for DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps at Veeva.
• Discover potential opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem and innovate new categories or seize market share.
• Convert Salesforce platform insights into enterprise-level product features.
• Foresee the trajectory of Salesforce products and leverage platform changes.
• Spearhead AI-enhanced DevOps functionalities utilizing Agentforce.
• Determine the extensibility for customized AI-driven workflows within the trust parameters of Salesforce.
• Innovate agent-aware governance for self-operating systems and AI agents.
• Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients and prospects to identify challenges related to Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
• Transform enterprise needs into viable product solutions.
• Team up with Sales and Customer Success to shape deal strategies, conduct strategic demonstrations, and perform competitive assessments.
• Draft product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on timelines, sprint scheduling, backlog prioritization, and release management.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs, including adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.
• Conduct customer interviews, perform competitive analyses, and refresh product roadmaps.
• Deliver significant product launches and create feedback channels across Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.
• Define the next generation of AI capabilities and corresponding execution strategies.
• Enhance competitive win rates, introduce new revenue-generating functionalities, and establish thought leadership in AI-driven Salesforce DevOps.
• Minimum of 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• At least 3 years dedicated to the Salesforce ecosystem or related platforms.
• In-depth technical knowledge of Salesforce's metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
• Proven success in delivering products that are both adopted and financially supported by Fortune 500 companies and enterprises in regulated sectors.
• Strong preference for experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tools.
• Familiarity with competitors such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and Salesforce DX.
• A solid understanding of AI/ML, particularly regarding Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
• Practical experience in writing PRDs, engaging with customers, evaluating wireframes, and partaking in sprint reviews.
• Outstanding communication abilities for presentations to C-suite executives and technical documentation.
• A strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset.
• Experience in creating products within the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or within a Salesforce-native organization.
• Background in the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance within regulated industries.
• Experience leading product-led growth strategies for enterprise products.
• Capability to articulate a three-year vision for autonomous agents in Salesforce DevOps.
• Proven ability to compete against well-funded rivals and achieve success through product excellence.
