Senior Product Manager – SaaS Platform, AI Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the product area, managing everything from discovery and strategy to delivery and iteration.

• Develop the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on customer requirements, data analysis, business impact, and technical feasibility.

• Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to transform complex challenges into effective solutions.

• Conduct customer discovery and leverage insights along with KPIs to drive decisions and assess impact.

• Utilize AI to enhance and expedite daily product operations.

• Lead initiatives across various areas and teams, partnering closely with customers and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a B2B SaaS context.

• Proven track record of independently managing complex product areas.

• Practical experience in applying AI to everyday tasks.

• Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and technical dependencies.

• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

• Proficient in English at a minimum C1 level.

• Proficiency in German is a plus.

• Nice to have: advanced AI applications, such as developing agents, workflows, or automations.

• Nice to have: familiarity with ERP, CRM, POS, or similar business software.
