Senior Product Manager – SaaS Platform, AI Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the product area from initiation and strategy development to delivery and continuous improvement.

• Define the product roadmap and prioritize projects based on customer demands, analytical data, business impact, and technical viability.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering to transform complex challenges into effective solutions.

• Conduct customer discovery and leverage insights and key performance indicators to inform decisions and assess impact.

• Actively employ AI to enhance and expedite daily product operations.

• Lead initiatives across various domains and teams, maintaining close collaboration with customers and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a B2B SaaS context.

• Proven ability to independently manage complex product domains.

• Practical experience in utilizing AI for daily tasks, coupled with a desire to discover innovative working methods.

• Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical dependencies.

• Able to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level; knowledge of German is advantageous.

• Nice to have: Advanced AI applications, such as developing agents, workflows, or automations.

• Nice to have: Experience with ERP, CRM, POS, or related business software.
