Senior Product Manager, Rx eCommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete digital prescription process, from capturing prescriptions and scanning health insurance cards to checkout and order confirmation.

• Lead product strategy and experimentation by leveraging customer insights, analytics, and A/B testing methodologies.

• Discover opportunities to implement AI, personalization, and intelligent recommendations to boost customer value and increase basket growth.

• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Pharmacy, Legal, Commercial, and Data teams.

• Establish measurable product outcomes and convert business objectives and customer feedback into a clear product roadmap.

• Prioritize the roadmap to enhance conversion rates, Rx order growth, and overall customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management, delivering customer-centric digital products in eCommerce, marketplaces, or consumer technology.

• Demonstrated commercial impact in previous roles.

• Experience navigating complex, regulated environments.

• Strong background in product analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.

• Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, or similar technologies for discovery, prototyping, and delivery.

• Ability to balance customer experience, compliance, and business objectives effectively.

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated sectors is advantageous.
