This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle from conception to retirement across various product domains.
• Guide and mentor both junior and senior product managers.
• Contribute to shaping the leadership, direction, and strategy of the Product team.
• Collaborate directly with customers and go-to-market teams to pinpoint areas for investment.
• Create business cases and roadmaps that provide customer value and desired outcomes.
• Formulate long-term product investment strategies using hypotheses, data analysis, market insights, and emerging trends.
• Balance competing priorities based on user requirements and business results.
• Establish work plans that enhance outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to execute product initiatives.
• Work alongside Sales, Support, and Marketing teams to achieve results through effective communication, education, release management, and post-release evaluation.
• Oversee adoption, maintenance, additional functionalities, and the phase-out process post-launch.
• Manage a substantial segment of the overall product strategy and ensure measurable outcomes on the roadmap.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in product management within B2B SaaS.
• At least 3 years in a senior or principal capacity managing significant portions of a solution and addressing customer challenges.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, whether formal or informal.
• Relevant experience in markets such as relationship intelligence, sales intelligence, CRM/data quality, martech, or other data-driven B2B SaaS sectors catering to professional services or enterprise clients.
• Understanding of how professional services, financial services, or consulting firms utilize and manage client relationship data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills tailored for technical and executive audiences.
• Proficient in conducting user research and usability testing directly with clients.
• Solid grasp of Agile methodologies.
• Practical experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative development.
• Proven track record of collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
• Demonstrated iterative approach to enhance understanding and reduce risk.
• Ability to articulate product vision and prioritize high-impact investments.
