Senior Product Manager, Rx eCommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire digital prescription process, consistently enhancing experiences from capturing prescriptions and scanning health insurance cards to checkout and order confirmation.

• Propel product strategy and experimentation by utilizing customer insights, analytics, and A/B testing to boost conversion rates, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote sustainable business growth.

• Influence the future of digital healthcare by pinpointing opportunities to integrate AI, personalization, and intelligent recommendation features that add customer value and foster basket growth.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Pharmacy, Legal, Commercial, and Data teams to provide scalable, compliant, and customer-focused product solutions.

• Establish product success through quantifiable outcomes, converting business objectives and customer feedback into a compelling product roadmap aimed at improving conversion, Rx order growth, and overall customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of Product Management experience in delivering customer-centric digital products within eCommerce, marketplaces, or consumer technology, demonstrating a measurable commercial impact.

• Significant experience in product analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, or similar technologies to expedite discovery, prototyping, and delivery processes.

• Optional: Background in healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated sectors.
