Part-Time Ecommerce, Project Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and uphold products, collections, and services within the Shopify platform.

• Ensure that ecommerce projects are systematically organized and progressing based on set priorities.

• Collaborate with vendors to guarantee that customer orders are processed and fulfilled accurately.

• Track order statuses and follow up with vendors as necessary.

• Address customer emails related to order inquiries or general questions when needed.

• Plan and publish social media content across the company's platforms.

• Create marketing and social media content utilizing AI-powered tools.

• Provide assistance with ongoing administrative and operational functions.

• Ensure the accuracy of information across ecommerce platforms.

• Contribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and organization.

• Monitor assigned tasks and deliver regular status updates.

• Proven experience in supporting ecommerce operations.

• Prior experience working with Shopify.

• Experience in scheduling and publishing social media content.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Excellent written communication skills for customer email support.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Data-driven approach with the ability to track progress and results.

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.

• Previous roles as an Ecommerce Assistant, Project Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Ecommerce Coordinator, or similar positions.

• Experience in supporting online retail or ecommerce enterprises.

• Familiarity with vendor coordination and order fulfillment processes.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for content generation.

• Experience working remotely in a fast-paced setting.

• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
