Purchaser/E-commerce Marketplace Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and analysis on international wholesale electronics offers.

• Evaluate wholesale costs against U.S. retail market prices to uncover profitable opportunities.

• Identify and source profitable brands and products for resale.

• Oversee online store management across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.

• Develop, optimize, and sustain product listings.

• Keep track of competitor pricing and modify pricing strategies as required.

• Handle customer inquiries, cases, returns, and claims effectively.

• Assess marketplace performance and uphold account health.

• Monitor inventory, pricing trends, and product performance metrics.

• Generate reports and offer insights to enhance profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace accounts.

• Background in wholesale purchasing, product sourcing, or procurement.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to assess product profitability.

• Familiarity with pricing strategies and market research techniques.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

• Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Customer service experience in an e-commerce setting is preferred.

• Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

• Availability to work during standard U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
