Account Manager – E‑Commerce & Retail Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Complete responsibility for account management and strategic growth for current clients in the Amazon and mail-order pharmacy (pharmaceutical e-commerce) sectors.

• Planning, managing, and optimizing Retail Media strategies, which includes campaign briefings, monitoring, reporting, and generating actionable insights.

• Close collaboration with Advertising, Content, Operations, and BI teams.

• Identifying and cultivating growth opportunities, including cross- and upselling potential as well as performance enhancements.

• Independently organizing timelines and preparing for client meetings.

• Engaging in internal knowledge sharing sessions, project evaluations, and industry updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in online marketing, e-commerce, Retail Media, or account management.

• Experience in project management along with a keen interest in data-driven marketing and performance enhancement.

• Strong understanding of online advertising, preferably with experience in Amazon.

• Analytical mindset, structured approach to work, and a passion for learning new tools.

• Excellent German language skills (at least C1) and good proficiency in English.

• Confident and professional demeanor when engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Proficient in using office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).
