This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of the vision, roadmap, and product strategy for the Rent-to-Own platform.
• Create products that facilitate customer acquisition, application processing, servicing, payments, collections, and ownership conversion.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to pinpoint growth opportunities within dealer channels and customer segments.
• Weigh customer needs, dealer experience, operational efficiency, and portfolio performance when prioritizing initiatives.
• Develop business cases and product strategies that bolster long-term revenue and portfolio growth.
• Enhance dealer onboarding, activation, and engagement experiences.
• Create tools that assist dealer partners in improving conversion rates and closing more sales.
• Work alongside Sales teams to grasp dealer pain points and discover opportunities for product innovation.
• Refine dealer portals, reporting, training resources, and self-service capabilities.
• Improve customer application, approval, and onboarding experiences.
• Spot opportunities to lessen friction throughout the customer ownership journey.
• Enhance payment experiences, account management tools, and customer self-service options.
• Define and oversee product KPIs across acquisition, approval rates, conversion, activation, servicing, delinquency, retention, and portfolio performance.
• Examine customer and dealer behavior to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Construct dashboards and reporting frameworks that offer insights into product health and business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Translate business objectives into precise product requirements and development priorities.
• Foster alignment among teams while managing competing priorities and business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Background in supporting fintech, consumer lending, lease-to-own, embedded finance, marketplace, payments, or point-of-sale financing products.
• Strong grasp of customer acquisition funnels, digital applications, servicing, and payment ecosystems.
• Experience collaborating with merchants, dealer networks, or partner-based distribution models.
• Proven ability to create product roadmaps and execute against strategic objectives.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of leveraging data to inform product decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile product development environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to influence across various functions and levels within the organization.
