Senior Product Manager – Remote Access Client Portfolio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and clearly define a multi-year product vision and strategy for Delinea's remote access portfolio, focusing on PAM and workforce password management use cases.

• Convert the strategy into a prioritized roadmap and backlog that includes browser-based access, the DCM browser extension, and mobile applications.

• Make informed trade-off decisions in collaboration with agile teams.

• Establish a cohesive access experience that spans browser, native client, terminal, extension, and mobile modalities.

• Anticipate changes in access patterns and enforcement needs, sequencing investments to ensure the portfolio remains extensible.

• Collaborate with customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders to gain market insight and validate requirements through structured discovery processes.

• Work alongside Engineering, UX, QA, and Support teams to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions.

• Balance investments in existing clients with platform migration and the development of new zero-to-one capabilities; create compelling investment business cases.

• Establish metrics for adoption, engagement, and success on client surfaces, using these metrics to guide prioritization and assess business value.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing to shape the go-to-market strategy, encompassing positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing across PAM and WPM buying centers.

• Equip Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams with launch information and ongoing customer success context, along with relevant collateral and training.

• Stay updated on trends in remote access, browser isolation, secrets and credential management, and passwordless authentication.

• Collaborate across Engineering, UX, Architecture, Sales, Product Marketing, Support, and Customer Success within a globally distributed organization.

• Engage directly with end users, including customer business users, systems administrators, and security architects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

• Over 6 years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, including ownership of an enterprise product line.

• More than 5 years of experience in software, SaaS, or cloud security, particularly in areas related to remote access, privileged access management, password management, or client/agent technologies.

• Proven experience delivering products across various client form factors: web, native desktop, CLI, browser extension, or mobile.

• Strong familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

• Basic knowledge of RDP, SSH, HTTPS, VNC, database and Kubernetes access paths, and session monitoring.

• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, FIDO2/WebAuthn, and TOTP protocols.

• Understanding of secrets management, service accounts, workload identity, and short-lived credentials.

• Awareness of large language models, model context protocol, and agents as non-human identities.

• Some working knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and cloud-native architectures.

• Established track record of collaborating with usability and design teams; familiarity with Figma is beneficial.

• Analytical mindset that balances customer requirements, competitive positioning, and business growth opportunities.

• Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner certifications are advantageous.

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership and enterprise customers.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check, education verification, and employment verification upon conditional offer.
