Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the VP of Product while collaborating closely with Product Design, Clinical Relations, Marketing, and Engineering teams.

• Take ownership of platform experiences that empower clinicians to deliver and document special education services effectively.

• Develop innovative AI-driven capabilities, including an AI Copilot for report writing, documentation, session planning, and IEP creation.

• Manage product definition, solution design, user research, testing, and implementation for therapy delivery, resource libraries, documentation and report writing, as well as IEP goals and metrics tracking.

• Convert prioritized challenges into AI-native product solutions while assessing desirability, feasibility, and viability.

• Conduct ongoing discovery sessions with clinicians and school-side stakeholders.

• Construct and validate prototypes utilizing AI-assisted tools like Figma and Claude.

• Ensure adherence to FERPA, HIPAA, SOC 2 Type 2, WCAG AA standards, and ethical AI usage.

• Identify and rectify platform deficiencies within the SaaS-plus-service model.

• Define, monitor, and communicate product success metrics.

• Lead a multidisciplinary pod comprising designers, engineers, and clinical subject matter experts.

• Collaborate with business, marketing, product analytics, legal, sales, customer support, clinical, and operations teams on product releases and go-to-market strategies.

• Champion the clinician's end-to-end experience, positioning Presence as the preferred platform for delivering special education services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of product management experience, demonstrating a successful track record of achieving outcomes at the Senior PM level.

• Previous experience in K-12/Special Education EdTech or HealthTech is preferred.

• Ability to establish discovery standards and pinpoint unarticulated needs within a complex, multi-user ecosystem.

• Proven experience translating prioritized challenges into well-defined product specifications.

• Experience in leading significant cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder releases.

• Strong understanding of the clinical lifecycle, with experience designing for external users and internal operators within a SaaS-plus-service model.

• Proficiency in PE-context metrics, including EBITDA, NRR, Gross Margins, and Opex.

• Demonstrated organizational thought leadership, mentoring capabilities, and cross-functional influence.

• Expertise with AI prototyping tools and the ability to establish AI strategies and responsible-use standards.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is expected.

• An MBA is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Availability during Core Working Hours, Monday-Friday, from 12-5 p.m. ET, with standard business hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the local time zone.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Up to 10% travel may be necessary.
