Manager, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the business landscape, address challenges, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership to enhance product operations.

• Strategize, design, and oversee the implementation of automation initiatives that deliver value to customers and the organization.

• Create, develop, and carry out analyses to fulfill business case specifications.

• Gather data through observations, testing, interviews, and tailored data retrieval.

• Examine market influences and determine how CVS can capitalize on them effectively.

• Formulate suggestions aimed at enhancing healthcare services.

• Tackle problems at a tactical level.

• Present findings to senior leadership clearly and effectively.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure the success of programs.

• Innovate new products, enhance existing offerings, and improve processes.

• Oversee both internal and external stakeholders to implement PBM product operations.

• Communicate and exert influence at all organizational levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the PBM sector, particularly with specialty pharmacy networks.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Over 2 years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience collaborating with B2B clients and/or external stakeholders.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results.

• Proficient in problem-solving, recognizing issues, and navigating toward solutions autonomously.

• Ability to think independently and manage uncertainty effectively.
