Contract Sourcer – Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of top-of-funnel sourcing for Product Manager positions within Engine's consumer technology and B2B2C product domains.

• Create and sustain high-quality pipelines of passive candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and various direct sourcing methods.

• Formulate targeted outreach strategies and messaging sequences to effectively engage Product Manager talent.

• Perform initial candidate screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, interest, and availability, subsequently introducing suitable candidates to the Recruiting team.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to refine successful candidate profiles and adjust sourcing tactics accordingly.

• Monitor pipeline activities and deliver regular updates on outreach efforts, response rates, and qualified candidates identified.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience with an emphasis on Product Management roles.

• Proven track record of sourcing Product Manager talent in consumer technology, B2B2C, or marketplace settings.

• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

• Excellent written communication skills with the capability to create engaging, personalized candidate messages.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own sourcing workflow without significant oversight.

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is mandatory.

• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Gem, SeekOut, or hireEZ is a plus.

• Previous experience in startup and contract/embedded sourcing roles is advantageous.
