Principal Product Manager, Listing Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a key aspect of the listing experience.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to create fast, accurate, and user-friendly experiences.

• Establish success metrics and leverage data to prioritize various opportunities.

• Develop and sustain relationships with MLS organizations, brokerages, and other external partners.

• Streamline intricate workflows related to data quality, compliance, and interconnected systems.

• Serve as the representative for the product area to senior leaders, external partners, and customers.

• Mentor and guide product managers.

• Contribute to enhancing the operational effectiveness of the broader team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of product management experience or equivalent background.

• Proficiency with consumer, marketplace, or data-centric products and experience with external partners or industry stakeholders.

• Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional challenges from initial definition to quantifiable results.

• Experience in developing B2B products.

• Skill in navigating technical trade-offs with engineering counterparts without the need to write code.

• Data-driven approach to hypothesis creation, prioritization, and decision-making in situations with incomplete information.

• Exceptional written communication skills tailored to various audiences including engineers, executives, customers, and external partners.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a focus on autonomy and accountability.

• Background in real estate, marketplaces, or partner and data integrations is advantageous, although not mandatory.
