This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Serve as a knowledgeable expert, advocate, and supporter for Security Solutions products, including RRI, FPT, Scams, and innovative first-party fraud solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product sales, usage, and continuous improvement.
• Implement new solutions tailored for both existing and new segments, use cases, and networks.
• Prioritize development initiatives in accordance with business strategy.
• Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve product objectives.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and pinpoint opportunities for product enhancements.
• Assist in customer interactions, encompassing strategic discussions, product training, feedback collection, and follow-up actions.
• Represent Mastercard at pertinent industry forums and associations.
• Assess and refine product usage KPIs, such as enrollees and active users.
• Contribute to customer lifecycle strategies aimed at acquisition, retention, and maximizing lifetime value.
• Discover revenue optimization opportunities through cross-selling and upselling across various verticals.
• Implement go-to-market strategies, articulate product value propositions and pricing, develop sales and delivery materials, and facilitate sales and delivery enablement.
• Experience in the Payments Industry.
• Strong project management abilities; highly organized with the capacity to handle multiple, competing priorities.
• Background in customer-facing roles, leading essential business discussions and enhancing engagement.
• Proven experience in driving end-to-end execution of initiatives within a cross-functional setting.
• Excellent communication and influencing capabilities.
• Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, generate insights, and evaluate key metrics.
• Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and revenue optimization methods.
• Capability to work independently with minimal daily supervision.
• Quick learner regarding technologies and adept at navigating a global business environment.
• Adhere to Mastercard’s security policies and practices.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of accessed information.
• Report any suspected information security violations or breaches.
• Complete periodic mandatory security training sessions.
