This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Formulate and implement product strategy and roadmaps that align with organizational objectives and customer requirements.
• Guide cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, clinical, marketing) throughout the product lifecycle, overseeing the execution of features via Product Owners.
• Perform market research, engage in user interviews, and conduct competitive analysis to support informed product decisions.
• Monitor and report on product performance, utilizing data to drive ongoing enhancements.
• Spearhead go-to-market strategy, which includes defining offerings, packaging, and pricing models to foster growth.
• Assess the market potential for new offerings, devise monetization strategies, and analyze financial implications.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and partner teams to gain insights into emerging market segments.
• Develop compelling business cases and market entry strategies to substantiate product investment choices.
• Contribute to product client proposals.
• Work directly with clients and strategic accounts to create solutions, collect feedback, and validate product-market alignment.
• Represent the customer’s voice throughout the product lifecycle—championing usability, value realization, and satisfaction.
• Lead client-facing presentations and product briefings to enhance adoption and engagement.
• Partner with Customer Success and Account Management to pinpoint upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management and over 10 years of professional experience, preferably within healthcare technology or health information services.
• Demonstrated ability to define and deliver impactful products in an agile setting.
• Experience collaborating with finance and strategy teams on investment proposals and revenue models.
• A customer-centric mindset combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Robust business acumen related to the spectrum of go-to-market activities in product management and/or product marketing.
• A proven history of launching B2B or enterprise products from initial concept to market commercialization.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth understanding of utilization management workflows, medical necessity criteria, health system operations, and clinical decision-making processes.
• AI Fluency: demonstrated capability to utilize AI tools to enhance product workflows, familiarity with AI architectures (LLMs, RAG, agents), and proven ability to translate technical AI functionalities into customer value.
