Senior Product Manager, Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Complete oversight of the entire feature realization process, from inception to launch.

• Prioritize the backlog in alignment with business objectives, user insights, and technical viability.

• Organize and manage the backlog, inclusive of acceptance criteria and estimations.

• Create the product roadmap and outline quarterly goals.

• Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

• Liaise and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Engage in user feedback sessions and sales meetings, transforming insights into stories and epics.

• Define and consistently enhance pertinent product KPIs.

• Collaborate closely with UX Research, Engineering, and the Chief Product Officer (CPO).

• Share accountability with another Product Manager for the entire product.

• Relevant professional background as a Product Manager or Product Owner within an agile technology setting.

• Knowledge of product development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.

• Solid understanding of technical concepts coupled with a user-centered approach.

• Experience with product metrics and data-driven prioritization strategies.

• Self-driven to actively shape and influence product direction.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, GitLab, or Figma.
