Senior Product Manager, Product Lead – SUEM Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for guiding the product vision and execution of Matrix42’s Enterprise SUEM segment.

• Develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with the company's goals.

• Provide significant and unique value to customers.

• Foster measurable product adoption, utilization, and business results.

• Lead a high-performing product team that embodies a strong sense of ownership.

• Manage the entire product delivery process from initial discovery to customer impact.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS or enterprise software sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to formulate and implement product strategies that yield results.

• Experience in managing teams or leading product groups.

• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.

• Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS / Endpoint Management / ITSM is advantageous.

• Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.

• A robust AI perspective – capacity to harness AI for product discovery, decision-making, and value generation.
