Senior Product Manager - Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the product strategy for the B2B payments platform, with an emphasis on API integration, security, scalability, and user experience.

• Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development through to launch and ongoing enhancement.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to guide product decisions and uncover growth opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver product requirements that align with business goals.

• Create and manage scalable, developer-friendly APIs while enhancing integration speed, usability, and the overall developer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years focused on payments, fintech, or API-driven products.

• In-depth understanding of B2B payment ecosystems, encompassing card processing, ACH, virtual cards, and wire transfers.

• Proficient in designing and managing APIs, including RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders effectively.

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret product metrics and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience with B2B platforms, ERP integrations, or SaaS products.

• Familiarity with payments compliance and regulatory standards, such as PCI-DSS and PSD2.

• Experience employing Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
