This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy for Delinea's non-human identity portfolio.
• Oversee the roadmap, execution, and lifecycle management for the DevOps Secrets Vault (DSV) and Account Lifecycle Manager (ALM).
• Balance customer outcomes with technical investments, competitive positioning, and business priorities.
• Define and deliver non-human identity capabilities for machine identities across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Lead the comprehensive product development lifecycle from ideation and market analysis through to execution, launch, and optimization.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and validate requirements.
• Work alongside engineering, design, architecture, sales, marketing, support, and customer success teams to prioritize and launch new capabilities.
• Establish adoption and success metrics, utilizing data to guide prioritization and assess impact.
• Monitor trends in non-human identity, machine identity, and AI-agent security to refine the roadmap and sustain competitive advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within security or identity infrastructure software.
• Strong grasp of non-human and machine identity concepts, including secrets management, service accounts, certificates and PKI, API keys, tokens, and workload identity.
• Familiarity with SPIFFE/SPIRE, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, X.509, mTLS, and workload identity federation.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, cloud-native technologies, microservices, DevOps, and CI/CD ecosystems.
• Capability to independently manage product areas, roadmap strategy, and end-to-end execution in complex environments.
• Ability to translate customer insights, market trends, and business priorities into product direction.
• Technical background or strong understanding of software development processes and product architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and delivering results in dynamic product organizations.
