Senior Product Manager – Medication Management, PharmD or RN Preferred

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead intricate product initiatives within behavioral health EHR software.

• Assess customer needs and workflows, along with industry trends and technical standards.

• Create documentation for functional and technical specifications related to software upgrades.

• Compare company products against major competitors.

• Develop, revise, and sustain extensive technical documentation.

• Participate in every phase of the product lifecycle.

• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements.

• Design software solutions that adhere to regulatory standards.

• Compile and present clear technical reports, analyses, and forecasts.

• Work with engineering to ensure production readiness and resolve deployment issues.

• Suggest product pricing strategies informed by thorough research.

• Remain updated on technological innovations and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in a product manager position for an EHR, with a strong preference for expertise in medication management.

• Active or inactive RN or PharmD licensure is highly desirable.

• Proven track record of leading and independently managing complex, customer-facing product initiatives.

• Outstanding analytical, creative, and integrative thinking abilities.

• Strong verbal, facilitation, and written communication skills.

• Effective customer service capabilities.

• Highly adept at engaging with diverse groups across all levels of the organization.
