Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept to retirement for essential persona-driven workflows.

• Problem identification - by collaborating directly with our customers and go-to-market (GTM) teams, you will pinpoint critical investment areas, developing business cases and roadmaps that generate tangible value and outcomes.

• Vision and Roadmapping - establish long-term strategies for these investments, grounded in hypotheses, data, and market insights.

• Prioritization and execution - manage competing initiatives based on user needs and business results, creating work plans that maximize outcomes and collaborating closely with the development team to ensure delivery.

• Delivery - coordinate with sales, support, and marketing teams to guarantee that outcomes are achieved through effective communication, education, release management, and post-release evaluation.

• Life-Cycle Management - post-release, you will continue to oversee the overall investment and roadmap, emphasizing adoption, maintenance, additional functionality needs, and sunsetting when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• Proven ability to influence without authority across engineering, design, and GTM teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to conduct user research and usability assessments.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including familiarity with backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative development.

• Strong collaborative skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Design.

• A proactive approach with a proven iterative method that enhances understanding and reduces risk.

• A demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and decline initiatives that do not align with strategic goals or priorities.
