Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead product initiatives throughout Clerkie’s platform, from initial discovery to final release.

• Engage in deep collaboration with engineering and design teams to develop scalable product solutions.

• Convert intricate partner and ecosystem requirements into straightforward product specifications.

• Foster cross-functional alignment among both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Work directly with enterprise partners to gain insights into workflows and identify product opportunities.

• Establish priorities, navigate trade-offs, and contribute to shaping product roadmap decisions.

• Spearhead product discovery, experimentation, and iterative processes across various initiatives.

• Assist in the ongoing development of Clerkie’s product systems, rituals, and documentation.

• Play a role in nurturing a robust product culture within a small, highly collaborative team.

• Proven experience in building and launching software products in partnership with engineering teams.

• Strong systems thinking ability - capable of deconstructing complex workflows into clear product solutions.

• Technical fluency - comfortable discussing APIs, data flows, and system architecture with engineering professionals.

• Proficiency in converting real-world challenges into clear product requirements and prioritized tasks.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong sense of ownership - accountable for outcomes, not merely tasks.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities may change rapidly.

• Comfortable working independently within a remote-first team setup.
