Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision for multiple essential areas within Lightyear’s platform.

• Collaborate with customers and the sales team to define and refine feature requirements.

• Work closely with engineering teams on feasibility, sprint planning, and product delivery.

• Develop an exceptional UI/UX experience, leveraging support from internal design resources.

• Assist in outlining the short-term, medium-term, and long-term product roadmap.

• Implement a data-driven approach for feature discovery and prioritization.

• Partner with GTM and Operations to conceptualize and ensure the success of pilot programs with potential customers.

• Act as a product ambassador by creating marketing materials to showcase product advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a product manager or software engineer working with enterprise or consumer software technologies.

• Possess a strong curiosity and passion for thoroughly understanding customer needs and the problem landscape, with a willingness to delve into details throughout the process.

• Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for taking products or processes from inception to launch.

• Knowledge of software development practices utilized for deploying applications and data systems.

• Some design capabilities (bonus: experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, etc.).

• Bonus: Knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
