This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take responsibility for the complete product lifecycle for one or more products or product portfolios, encompassing discovery, strategy, roadmap creation, delivery, launch, evaluation, iteration, and retirement when necessary.
• Assess, evaluate, and prioritize potential opportunities for new products, enhancements, and ongoing improvements grounded in research, user needs, organizational strategy, and data analysis.
• Drive product discovery initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders, educators, partners, and other users to comprehend needs, validate assumptions, and guide product direction.
• Convert research findings, user insights, organizational priorities, and business objectives into a cohesive product vision, requirements, success metrics, and prioritized roadmaps and backlogs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, research, content, operations, marketing, and leadership—to create high-quality products that balance user value, feasibility, and organizational priorities.
• Examine qualitative and quantitative data to assess product performance, uncover opportunities, measure outcomes, and inform future investment choices.
• Manage uncertainty by framing complex challenges, evaluating trade-offs, and proposing product strategies that resonate with organizational priorities and long-term impacts.
• Articulate product vision, priorities, decisions, progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Act as a trusted product consultant by influencing decision-making, enhancing product management practices, and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
• Integrate Diversity, Belonging, Inclusion, and Equity principles throughout the product discovery, design, development, implementation, and evaluation processes.
• Perform other relevant tasks as assigned to support the organization's strategic objectives, with the understanding that all EdReports employees should remain flexible and adaptable to changing responsibilities.

• Over 5 years of progressively responsible product management experience in leading complex, cross-functional products or initiatives.
• Proven track record of guiding products through various phases of the product lifecycle, including discovery, development, launch, evaluation, and ongoing improvement.
• Capacity to effectively navigate ambiguous situations while balancing strategic thinking with execution.
• Experience with product performance data, analytics, user research, and stakeholder feedback to prioritize tasks and assess success.
• Expertise in identifying user needs, assessing emerging opportunities, and defining product direction in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and achieve alignment among diverse stakeholders without direct authority.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong foundation in research-driven and user-centered design, with a proven ability to convert stakeholder and end-user insights into actionable product decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Product Management, Business, User-Centered Design, or Education) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must reside in and have authorization to work in the United States.
