This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Lead the strategic roadmap for generative AI products utilizing LLMs, including enterprise copilots, retrieval-grounded knowledge assistants, document and contract intelligence, summarization, and supply chain content search.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on RAG architectures, prompt design, embedding/vector retrieval, fine-tuning/grounding, and orchestration.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for accuracy, relevance, hallucination, and safety, while curating golden datasets and maintaining source-of-truth knowledge.
• Oversee cost management and token economics relative to value, promoting user adoption and trust.
• Advocate for the data quality standards, metadata, and master data essential to your products, and conduct readiness assessments before solutions are deployed to production.
• Develop and expand capabilities within Entegris’ AI, Data & Digital Enablement function, creating reusable patterns, playbooks, reference architectures, and evaluation frameworks.
• Mentor product owners and analysts, enhance AI literacy, and foster a community of practice to scale delivery across the organization.
• Define and implement Responsible AI governance encompassing risk, security, data and IP protection, model/solution oversight, audit trails, and compliance in alignment with Entegris policy and emerging AI regulations.
• Construct business cases, prioritize initiatives based on ROI, and track value against established baselines (cost-to-serve, working capital, cycle time, quality, and service).
• In-depth understanding of LLM solution patterns, including RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, evaluation, and grounding/guardrails.
• Over 15 years of experience in enterprise data, software development practices, or product management/ownership, with at least 4 years in delivering AI/ML or data products and a proven record of scaling solutions to production.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and enhance data readiness for AI, focusing on quality, lineage, metadata, and accessibility.
• Proven track record in establishing and scaling new capabilities or practices across an organization.
• Experience in setting up AI governance frameworks, risk management, and Responsible AI controls.
• History of creating value by linking AI products to measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder leadership and executive communication skills; capable of influencing senior business and technical leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree is advantageous.
