Product Owner 3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as the agile product owner within engineering scrum team(s).

• Manage and prioritize the backlog for a specific feature area in partnership with the Product Manager.

• Utilize AI tools to assist in backlog refinement, story development, and prioritization choices.

• Balance trade-offs, clarify requirements, and facilitate the progression of user stories to acceptance throughout the agile development process.

• Employ AI to enhance requirements definition, improve the quality of acceptance criteria, and detect gaps or risks early on.

• Engage in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, offering constructive feedback to the team.

• Ensure that acceptance criteria are well-defined and confirm that story implementation aligns with requirements.

• Drive projects to completion with an emphasis on efficiency, quality, and ongoing improvement supported by AI insights.

• Maintain open and transparent communication with the team and stakeholders.

• Empower internal teams to support the product through comprehensive documentation, knowledge sharing, and AI-assisted content creation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience collaborating with technical teams, product development, or product management.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows or AI-driven product functionalities is a significant advantage.

• Background in SaaS or web-based products along with contemporary product delivery practices.
