This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +2 more states.
• Establish the product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for DTN's upstream intelligence portfolio.
• Drive customer discovery initiatives with agribusinesses, retailers, manufacturers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to identify high-value challenges and market opportunities.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of commercial agriculture, customer decision-making processes, and data-driven business outcomes.
• Utilize customer research, product telemetry, market analysis, and competitive insights to pinpoint opportunities for distinctive intelligence products.
• Make strategic prioritization decisions by weighing customer needs, market potential, technical considerations, and long-term platform strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership to uncover growth opportunities in AI, predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and decision-support capabilities.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to deliver scalable, data-driven software solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Commercial Leadership to facilitate successful product launches, adoption, and realization of customer value.
• Establish and track success metrics across product adoption, customer engagement, business impact, and revenue growth.
• Employ experimentation, customer feedback, and product analytics to continually enhance product performance.
• Identify opportunities to utilize AI, predictive analytics, machine learning, and emerging technologies to improve customer decision-making.
• Over 6 years of experience in Product Management, leading complex B2B SaaS products.
• Demonstrated experience in owning products from strategy through to delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Strong product judgment with the capability to make decisions in ambiguous, data-rich, and rapidly changing environments.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to balance customer value, technical complexity, market opportunity, and long-term strategy.
• Experience in creating data-intensive software products that involve analytics, APIs, integrations, data visualization, or AI-enabled features.
• Profound understanding of product analytics, customer segmentation, experimentation, and evidence-based product decision-making.
• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities across technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
• Proven ability to influence strategy and foster alignment without direct authority.
