Senior Product Manager – Hosting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities and deliver solutions in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Business teams.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of various customer profiles by analyzing data and behaviors to enhance our products.

• Collaborate with the team to define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Author user stories and engage in product development, ensuring clarity in the backlog and acceptance criteria.

• Conduct research on the market and competitors, offering strategic insights.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure that expected outcomes are met.

• Lead workshops and ideation sessions, including the creation of customer journeys and prototyping solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with digital products; experience in the hosting segment is advantageous.

• Results-driven: you evaluate and enhance the impact of your initiatives.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across teams, particularly with Design and Engineering.

• Familiarity with agile development and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Analytical skills: experience in collecting and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to guide decision-making.

• Proficient in English.
