Senior Product Manager, Expert

📋 Description

• Create and implement a high-impact product roadmap for ExpertApply.

• Collaborate with leadership, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Analytics to meet key business objectives.

• Advocate for a mobile-first approach to enhance the application funnel.

• Promote user adoption and retention.

• Lead the introduction of a dedicated mobile application.

• Design, conduct, and analyze comprehensive A/B testing across product and marketing channels.

• Work alongside Email Marketing to utilize job alerts for user retention.

• Integrate market trends, competitive assessments, quantitative data, and qualitative user insights into practical features.

• Manage the complete product strategy and drive continuous improvements and revenue-generating growth initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in consumer-facing Product Management.

• Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and conflicting priorities.

• Extensive knowledge of A/B test design and quantitative metric evaluation.

• Capability to convert complex data sets into straightforward, actionable business strategies.

• Strong understanding of contemporary technology stacks.

• Proficiency in accurately assessing the level of effort and effectively collaborating with engineering teams.

• Proven history of building cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to excel in a globally distributed, remote work setting.

• Experience with B2C subscriptions, Job Boards, or AI-driven products is a plus.
