This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product vision and roadmap for Chainguard's Console and public Directory experiences.
• Recognize opportunities to streamline workflows, link products, and develop a unified experience as the portfolio expands.
• Establish how new users find, assess, and initiate their journey with Chainguard.
• Minimize onboarding friction and enhance time-to-value, assisting users in understanding subsequent steps.
• Collaborate with GTM, Growth, Design, and Engineering to foster self-service adoption, engagement, and conversion.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of user journeys and enhance key moments that influence activation, retention, and expansion.
• Shape customer experiences for managing subscriptions, plans, access, and cross-product functionalities.
• Ensure consistency across products and create scalable shared workflows and patterns.
• Work alongside Engineering, Design, GTM, and Product leaders to translate customer and business needs into a focused roadmap.
• Facilitate alignment, clarify ambiguous challenges, and balance immediate growth opportunities with long-term platform investments.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably with developer-facing, SaaS, platform, or enterprise products.
• Proven experience managing user-facing product experiences from strategy to launch and iteration.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing onboarding, activation, engagement, conversion, or other product-growth metrics.
• Strong product intuition regarding UX and customer journeys, with a capacity for deep collaboration with Design.
• Experience in developing cross-product or platform experiences catering to multiple customer segments or product lines.
• Proficient in implementing and constructing user telemetry systems and patterns.
• Comfortable utilizing data, customer research, and experimentation to identify friction and prioritize enhancements.
• Strong cross-functional leadership abilities to align Engineering, Design, GTM, and other stakeholders around a unified roadmap.
• Capable of operating amid ambiguity and translating broad growth objectives into precise product priorities.
• Familiarity with developer tools, infrastructure, security, or highly technical products is a plus.
• Experience in developing product-led or developer-led growth initiatives is advantageous.
• Familiarity with subscription management, billing, entitlements, or self-service purchasing experiences is a plus.
• Experience with B2B products catering to individual developers and large enterprise clients is an advantage.
• Background in creating shared design patterns or platform capabilities across a multi-product portfolio is beneficial.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Growth, or Customer Success on adoption and expansion initiatives is a bonus.
