Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation of a cohesive product strategy roadmap across various exploratory workstreams.

• Oversee and manage the product backlog effectively.

• Convert user research findings, stakeholder feedback, and strategic objectives into implementable user stories and epics.

• Collaborate with user researchers, product strategists, and data specialists to validate hypotheses and influence product direction.

• Facilitate sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery cycles.

• Monitor and report on cross-functional team deliverables, identify potential risks, and assist in mitigation planning.

• Convey the product vision, progress updates, and insights to leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

• Ensure the delivery of iterative value using Agile and SAFe methodologies.

• Interact with users to comprehend their needs and validate solutions through feedback and metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 5 years of pertinent experience, including a minimum of 4 years as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst.

• At least 2 years of experience managing product backlogs and roadmaps within Agile settings.

• Must be eligible to acquire and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

• Must be a U.S. resident and have lived in the U.S. for at least 3 of the past 5 years.

• Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies.

• Salesforce development experience is preferred but not mandatory.
