This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee product ownership for automation, AI, and workflow transformation initiatives
• Enhance healthcare operations, utilization management, and prior authorization results
• Evaluate workflows and pinpoint opportunities to boost automated processing, minimize manual effort, enhance accuracy, and speed up cycle times
• Collaborate with clinical, engineering, data science, operational, business, risk, compliance, legal, and governance teams
• Ensure products comply with regulatory, audit, and responsible AI standards
• Convert intricate user requirements into clear specifications and validate product solutions
• Transform specifications into features and user stories
• Manage backlog prioritization and refinement
• Direct agile delivery, implementation, and adoption efforts
• Promote responsible AI through performance monitoring, explainability, bias reduction, model governance, and continuous optimization
• Establish and track product KPIs, user feedback, and market trends
• Facilitate the adoption and scaling of AI-driven healthcare solutions
• Articulate product vision, priorities, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of product management standards, governance processes, and delivery practices across the AI & Automation product portfolio
• At least 3 years of experience in product management, project management, product operations, or similar leadership roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in delivering AI/ML products, Generative AI solutions, workflow automation platforms, business rules engines, decision automation platforms, RPA solutions, or intelligent document processing capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills
• Experience in agile development settings and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Ability to prioritize competing initiatives, navigate ambiguity, address complex problems, lead cross-functional delivery efforts, and achieve business outcomes
• Experience in defining product KPIs and assessing operational, user, and financial outcomes
• Internet connection through a cable broadband or fiber optic service provider with a minimum speed of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload while working from home
